Dynamics GP - Smartlist does not open when clicked

Resolution1

• The smartlist has been moved off of the screen
• Click on the gp button in the windows task bar and confirm if you can see the smartlist there
• If it is there, right click on it, click "Move"
• Press the arrow keys left, or up
• The window should now be connected to your mouse
• Move the mouse without clicking
• The window should jump to your current screen and follow the mouse
• Click to release the window

Resolution2

The value for SYUSERDFSTR in the sy01402 table somehow got changed for this user. This was resolved by updating the value to match another user that was not experiencing this issue.
