Dynamics GP - Receivings Batches stuck posting at 100%

Cause:
In this case we found a number of blank records in the IV10000 and the POP10300 tables.
Also a number of corrupted batches in the SY00500 tables with strange characters
Locks in the sy00800 table were holding on to records

Resolution:
Once all of the transactions were placed into batches and deleted either though gp or sql, the receivables transactions were able to post.
