• Install GP Web Service Runtime from Install Media
• Map GP user to Active Directory User
• Tools>Setup>System>Workflow Setup
• Enter email address, email server, password
• Enable e-mail actions - Server name is GP server name
• Tools>setup>Company>Workflow>Workflow Maintenance
• Workflow Calendar
• Setup calendar
• Purchase Order Approval
• Create new Workflow
• Create new step
•
