Windows 10 is Slow - 100% Disk, 100%CPU, Delay when browsing, Slow Browsing


  • Disable Windows Defender (This will stop and scan EVERY single action you take)
    • Start>Settings>Windows Defender
  • Disable Notifications
    • Start>Settings>Notifications
  • Don't use Edge, Use Internet Explorer or Chrome
  • Remove all 32-bit software
  • Chrome DNS Error
    • Start DNS Client Service
    • ipconfig /flushdns
