Minecraft - How to setup a Tekkit Classic Server

All of the errors are due to Incompatible mod packs on the server and wrong versions.of the client.
Errors:
Server cannot find WeaponMod, folder is empty

Client is missing:

ic2 v1.103
computercraft 1.41
ccturtle 1.41
railcraft 5.4.7

Solution:

1. Make sure you have the most recent version of java installed

2. Download Technic Launcher and Server from here http://www.technicpack.net/tekkit/
3. Extract server
4. Go to the mods folder
5. Delete BalkonsWeaponMod and Mod_NetherOres
1. If you leave these mods in, the server will crash and throw errors
6. Launch the server using the launch.bat

Once the server has successfully started, now you need the proper client

1. Run the Technic Launcher
2. Select "Tekkit Classic" from the list on the left
3. Enter username and password
4. Click options
5. Tick "Manual build Selection"
6. At the top, change the "Select Modpack Build" to "3.1.3|1.2.5|Latest" (or whatever the latest build is)
7. It will ask you to update, say yes
8. It will update, then launch mc, put in your server address, and you're in!
