- In the Admin Tool, add a new instance named NAS
- Enter Company Name
- Enter Time Zone
- Point it to the same company database
- Startup Argument: NASID,REPEAT=1,LOG=1
- Startup Codeunit: 99001468
- Startup Method: LSRSCHEDULER
- In NAV, go to Scheduler Setup
- Enable NAS
- Restart NAS Instance
In later versions of NAV 2017+/ BC, the Task Scheduler has been introduced to manage Job Queue Entries
- From the Admin Tool, go to Task Scheduler fasttab and enable it
