The Barcode you are entering does not match the barcode mask you have defined for the item
- Barcode Mask is missing from the POS Data Entry Type window for the Infocode you have assigned to the Item in Table Specific Infocodes
- Search for "Data entry Types"
- Edit the Data entry type for your gift card
- Add a valid barcode mask
- Push this table and the barcode mask tables to your pos
