SSRS- Export to Excel - "couldn't be downloaded"

1. Click the gear icon at the top right
2. Choose Internet Options from the menu
3. Choose the Advanced Tab
4. Scroll down to Security
5. Un-check Do not save encrypted pages to disk
6. Restart IE

Even if this does not work, You should be able to save to disk, and then open.

The error only occurs when trying to run directly without saving to disk first
