Dynamics GP Workflows - User only sees Recall button and cannot approve

• If you are trying to approve your own documents, Ensure that the option "Allow Originator to be an Approver" is ticked
• You must be logged in to windows as the actual windows user configured to approve that step
• Remove all other approvers from the step if necessary
