SQL 2008 Change "Edit top 200 rows" to Open Table or Edit All

In SQL Server Management Console

Tools > Options > SQL Server Object Explorer > Commands

Change the value in options to 0 for any of the commands and you can open the entire table when you select them from the right-click menu.
